This trick works to my S40 phone without using prov file..

I used Opera Mini 6.1 HUI


First, you need to create your own phone configuration..
MyGlobe Connect Manual Settings
APN: www.globe.com.ph
PSA: 203.177.042.214
port: 80
homepage: www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp

then activate it as default settings.

Opera mini settings

front query: www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp.beta.opera-mini.net:80/

proxy server: 80.239.242.112

proxy type: http

then save and start browsing..
